Courses, Digital Products, Services and Membership:
We have a No Return policy, once you sign up for our courses, digital products, services and membership we do not offer retroactive refunds or returns.
Physical products:
All product purchases through affiliate marketing with other vendors recommended by us are determined and governed by the online site and physical store you directly purchase those products from.
For physical products purchased directly from DesignIY We offer a 14 day return for a full refund based on condition of items upon return. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items to be returned within the 14 days grace period (date of customer receiving item is the determinate date). Return items should be sent in original packaging and unused to DesignIY Limited, No 2 Harbour Town houses, Westport, Co Mayo F28 HE97. COD packages will not be accepted.
Note: All import duty costs, tariffs, additional shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer for both purchases and returns.
