2.1. When you purchase our online DesignIY courses and join our membership community you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the course/website content for your personal use.
2.2. You acknowledge and agree that all content provided as part of the courses/membership etc, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of DesignIY Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3. Restrictions on Use
3.1. You may not share, distribute, or transmit the course content to any third party. Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or redistribution of the course content is strictly prohibited.
3.2. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the course content without prior written permission from DesignIY Limited.
3.3. You agree not to use the course content for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
4.1. All fees for the course must be paid in full prior to accessing the course content.
4.2. All Course, Membership, Design Consultation etc purchases on the website are non-refundable. It allows you lifetime access. You may unsubscribe to the Membership at any time by emailing info@designiy.ie but there will still be no refunds for courses or content purchased.
5. User Account
5.1. To purchase and access the courses, you will be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
6. Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course content at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms and conditions or is harmful to other users of the website, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
6.2. Upon termination, your right to access and use the course content , membership or other will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignIY Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the course content; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
